Refurbishment of retail unit. The existing unit was stripped back to a shell. Plumbing and electrical works were carried out and new units installed in the consulting room and in the main shop. The unit was redecorated and new flooring fitted. All the work was completed to ensure a quick turnaround between the client taking over the lease and opening for business.

New build in Conservation Area. Large double garage with storage space and first floor office with kitchenette and shower room.

Access Building Products Ltd, Tockwith
Refurbishment of dilapidated aircraft hangar to create offices and warehouse. Hangar completely stripped back internally and externally. New cladding applied, steel roller shutter doors installed and drainage, fencing and clearance works carried out externally. Internally, the floor was reconcreted, electric circuits replaced and offices created at one end.
Electrical Substation, Wetherby
New build electrical substation for local company housing several tons of YE electrical equipment providing power to the factory. Ashdale continues to undertake work for this company within the factory including conversion of workshop to offices.
